Join Friends of Historic St. Mary's City online. The Friends organization is the museum's membership arm. Membership fees support museum development from children's programs to building programs. Friends members enjoy special privileges--from discounts and our insiders' newsletter to special invitations.
- Make a donation to the museum online. Specify how you'd like your contribution to be used or let us decide.

Become a volunteer. Last year, volunteers donated over 16,000 hours to the museum. Volunteers share their talents and interests with staff and visitors and gain skills, friendships, and the satisfaction of knowing their contribution makes a big difference to our small organization.

Try an internship. HSMC's intern program provides a hands-on, realistic work experience for those exploring careers in museums, archaeology, history, administration, marketing, and many other fields.
