The Brome-Howard Inn is a circa-1840 manor house set on the banks of the peaceful St. Mary's River and surrounded by the pristine forests, fields, waters that encompass Historic St. Mary's City. Guest rooms are individually decorated with antiques, family heirlooms, high quality bedding and period artwork. Room amenities include fireplaces, featherbeds, down comforters, CD player clock radios, TV/VCR, beverage stocked mini- refrigerators, telephones, movies, coffee makers, and private, modern bathrooms with hairdryers.

Guests are welcome to enjoy the Inn's parlor, which is furnished with games, a piano, and a library of historical and current books. Continental breakfast will be served in the first floor dining room, or if weather permits, on our large riverside porch. Bicycles are available for guests to enjoy with miles of quiet roads nearby.
